Global toilet paper production devastates the world’s forests by consuming millions of trees yearly. These trees often take decades to recover from harvesting. If you don't feel you want to go paper-free, you should definitely think about sustainable options. You should look for toilet paper from renewable and recyclable sources. Also, consider buying paper rolls that are not wrapped in plastic.

Luckily, on the market, there are already quite a few options and it's more and more accessible.
